Processing time
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (if in stock).
If you would like to have a personalised item please contact us at onceuponjewels@gmail.com or use the contact form. We will inform you about the processing time to make the item and when it will be shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Netherlands
All orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge from €100.
For orders under €100, shipping costs are €4.95.

Europe (Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Austria) Orders from the above countries are shipped free above €150.
For orders under €100 the shipping costs are €12.95.
Import duties and taxes levied by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Netherlands & Belgium: 1 – 3 working days 
Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy: 2 – 5 working days
Rest of Europe: 5 – 8 working days
International: 8 – 12 business days

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 
We aim to post purchases within 1-3 business days and send you the track and trace code, with which you can track the shipment at:

All orders are sent via PostNL letterbox mail, so staying at home is not necessary.
